This is a nos original factory sealed bike Brake nut, it's 21 mm recessed Brake Nut and it's top-rated for a bike with an 21 mm or smaller wheel. The Nut is produced of stainless steel and it's also covered with a full metal housing, the Brake nuts are always made from stainless steel or a similar material, so you can trust that they will perform better and last longer than those made from other materials.
