Old school vintage BMX rear Brake Assembly - Brand?

Not sure of brand, but it has double CC and M on part of it - see photos. Chin Tiem is on silver washer. Lever is heavy-duty plastic. Cable is about 46" long, so it's probably meant to be for back brake. Low starting price. Please read: I do the best I can to accurately describe the items I sell.
